At Angel Rose I understand that your privacy is important.
As a quick reference, my use of your personal information is limited to:
a) Collecting and storing information about our customers.
b) The postage of ordered items through this website or e-mail service to ensure that the items reach customers safely.
c) Sending posts through yahoo groups via e-mail to customers who asked for this service.
At no time will you receive unsolicited mail, digitally or otherwise from Angel Rose. If you are receiving posts through Angelrosecouture Yahoo group and don't want to receive it anymore, you will need to leave the group through Yahoo. . Please inform me if you believe that any contravention of the above policy has occured.
I only accept refunds in case of faulty or wrong items. If you would like to return your items to Angel Rose, please e-mail me and tell me what's wrong with your items. Items must be returned to Angel Rose within the next 10 days after receiving them.
Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Your refund will only be given upon receipt of the returned items. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and any additional shipping costs will not be Angel Rose's responsibility.
Cancellations of orders are to be made via e-mail, a total refund will be given if your items have not been processed. In the event that your order has been processed, a 20% restocking fee is charged and you will receive 80% of your original payment.
Custom Orders have a strict no refund policy. I ask that you, as the commissioner be very clear about what you want, and please voice out any displeasure with your commission before it is shipped out in order for me to give you the best service possible.
Please be aware that Angel Rose reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time without notice depending on situations. Angel Rose also reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. If this ever happens, I will notify you with the full reasons detailing why your order has been cancelled and a full refund will be made.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is calculated based on the customer location and the weight of the package. I ship to the continental United States and internationally. International buyers please contact me for exact shipping charges.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Air post. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please let me know.
International shipping is by priority or EMS only with tracking. I package every item carefully to insure quality control. I cannot guarantee condition of boxes or items during shipping.
Insurance is extra and is determined by purchase price of shipment. Insurance is required on all OOAK items and for new buyers. Other servces are available upon request.
Items are usually shipped within two days of receiving payment(preorders excluded). Standard delivery time is 3-5 days, longer for international shipments, however I cannot guarantee in transit time.
If you need any change in your order or a cancellation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
